Beginning with a car accident that occurred at 23:14 and progressing from beginning to end, the film shows how a series of seemingly independent events are actually affected and ultimately connected. Written and directed by Greg Marks, 11:14 tells the audience the story of murder and deception through five different characters and five different events.
