(2003)Drug king Carter Verone (Cole Hauser) is a criminal who has been closely monitored for a while by secret customs Agent Monica Fuentes (Eva Mendes). Brian is caught by Agent Bilkins and Markham (James Remar) during an illegal race. It is promised by the US Customs agents to delete the criminal record in exchange for working with Agent Monica Fuentes. Brian accepts the deal and takes an old friend with him, and moments of tension and action begin.
