In the dark and busy streets of Paris, covered with organized crime, Vrinks and Klein are two veteran cops who are confronted by the film's directors in a race to become the most notorious crime syndicate. Both cops fearlessly use their underground resources to succeed and get each other in trouble... But no one knows exactly when or how the race will end.
