John McClane is a well-known celebrity detective who spent his teenage years in the New York police department and battles terrorists in the country. The enemy of all terrorists in the world, McClane learns that the Russian mafia leader known as the Terrorist has escaped from prison and goes to Russia. In Russia, American citizens are not liked and it is very difficult for them to communicate with the underground world. It has only one connection, a Russian named Komorav. Following the Russian mafia, McClane encounters his son, Jack, and is taken aback. He discovers that Jack is more talented than he thought. Jack is there to corner the Russian mafia. McClane will enter into an incredible war with the Russian mafia with his son.
