Arctic fox Swifty works for the Arctic Mail Service. But his only dream is to one day become one of the Top Dogs, the star bearers of the Poles. To prove that he is worthy of the role, he sets out to deliver the mail to be taken to a mysterious place. However, on the way he comes across a secret castle and meets Otto Von Walrus there. Otto is a genius who gets around with his mechanical legs and barks orders to the royal army. Swifty soon learns of Otto's plan to melt the glaciers and flood the world. Otto, on the other hand, will need his friends to save the world.
