The story of a study to unravel the mysterious death of a beautiful young woman in Nazi-occupied Warsaw. She is not Christina Holzer as stated in Kenkarte (German ID), but is a Jew who remains hidden by Polish Saxon lawyer Karol Karlzer. Before the outbreak of the war, the woman was his student and a crush. The case was assigned to Inspector Morse Rafau Kroll, a so-called Blue Police police officer under the control of the German occupiers, but also a soldier of the Polish Underground State, and vowed to carry out his orders. A suspense story set in a faithfully reproduced reality of occupied Warsaw and Zakopane.
