Beautiful, attractive and glamorous, Jasmine (Jasmine) is a woman living in New York City. Jasmine's life with her rich husband continues in a very flamboyant and ostentatious way. Her husband Hal, who is dealing with investment business, goes very badly in one of the last deals and these two couples, who spend their money without thinking, suddenly get into a very bad situation by borrowing everywhere. Hal almost goes bankrupt, Yasemin moves in with her sister who lives in San Francisco for a while, where she wants to put her life in order and live that life full of beautiful riches again. During the time she spends with her sister, she wants to get rich quick by trying to become a fashion designer, but she has collapsed due to drinking too much alcohol and using anti-depression drugs.
