Shooter Chev Chelios decides to start a new life with his girlfriend Eve and stop killing. The morning of the night they made this decision, a very bad surprise awaits Chev. His body has been injected with poison in his sleep at night, and the only way for him to survive is to find the antidote as soon as possible. But at the same time, he has to keep his adrenaline level high in order to make the poison prolong the process of stopping his heart. While Chelios takes to the streets to find the people who did this to him before he takes his last breath, he does not hesitate to hurt the people he comes across. He has to be in constant tension in order to find the antidote, his enemies, and not to lower his adrenaline level.
