Critters crew jokingly make a bet during the filming of Critters 2. "Who will shoot a better sequel". after all, critters 3 and 4 are drawn simultaneously in 1991. It is difficult to decide between the two, but from an objective point of view, the result is obvious. Although this movie was far better than the third, it was conned by the studio and condemned to the video market. It was a real shame for the art of cinema. However, critters 5., a production that took its deserved place in the imdb top 250 with the expansions it brought to the alien theme on the subtext level and incredible inventions in image management, is truly fascinating when the female critter couldn't hide her heartbreak anymore and started to cry and punch the walls towards the end. It's impossible not to be impressed.
