Helen (Goldie Hawn), who is married to Ernest (Bruce Willis), lives a miserable life thanks to her friend Madeline (Meryl Streep). Madeleine is prettier, richer than she is. Ernest leaves Helen to live with Madeline. Seeking revenge on Madeline, Helen discovers an anti-aging drug. After learning her secret, Madeleine takes the drug and they engage in a relentless battle for Ernest. However, the lives of the two women who became immortal with the help of this drug will no longer be the same.
