The Drift movie, which took its place in Australian cinemas on May 2, 2013, is a great drama, sports movie starring Sam Worthington. The subject of the drift movie is; It is about three brothers Kelly, Andy and Jimmy, who live on the Australian coast in the 1970s, and their irreplaceable passion for surfing. Surfing in huge waves means freedom for them. Years ago, the mother of 3 siblings moved from Sydney to Margaret River, a small town with the world's fiercest and most dangerous waves. After 12 years spent here, the 3 brothers have improved their surfing skills incredibly and have now become professionals. Brothers who do not like small waves have always sought waves that are big and wonderful. But surfing has no financial means, and the rebellious son of the family, Jimmy, is an excellent surfer, but has to get involved in illegal business due to his family's debts. Andy, the eldest, plays his life on his middle brother Jimmy and quits his regular job to open a surf shop for Jimmy. He did this because Jimmy wanted to develop his skills better and faster so that he would become a great surfer. They now have a shop where they sell surfboards and wetsuits. But things always go bad somehow, and a local drug dealer and their whole lives are in danger. The 3 siblings will try to get rid of all the setbacks and expand their business with their friend who takes surfing photos and other new friends they have made.
