Orin Boyd is a tough cop who doesn't care much about the rules and always prefers to follow his own laws. He is sent to one of the worst parts of the city after an operation in which he violates all of his orders - and despite being successful as always. Here he sees many cops collaborating with the mafia and drug dealers. You never know who to believe, who is good and who is bad. To complicate matters further, Orin must team up with outlaw Latrell to fight the most powerful drug mafia in the area. But Latrell also has problems and reluctantly agrees to work with Orin...
