In a small New Mexico town, a 17-year-old high school girl who just got her driver's license is involved in her first car accident. Later in the stormy night, he takes refuge in a lonely suburban home with a few schoolmates trying their best to spend a night away. A terrifying and bizarre serial killer, he travels the roads of his country in his rusty old car in search of his next innocent victim.
