Fracture

Theodore "Ted" Crawford (Anthony Hopkins) is a wealthy and talented Irish aviation engineer living in Los Angeles. One day, he discovers that his wife Jennifer (Embeth Davidtz) has a relationship with police detective Robert Nunally (Billy Burke). After confronting his wife, Crawford hits him and causes serious injury. Then detective Nunally, who doesn't know anything, comes to the scene. Meanwhile, Crawford immediately confesses his crime. Young and successful prosecutor William "Willy" Beachum (Ryan Gosling) is appointed to this easy-looking case. Willy has a promising career. Although he does not take the case seriously at first, he will realize how tough he actually is as he gets to know Ted. Will it be too late until he takes the law in his own hands?
