Despite their health problems, the duo, who do not give up on their love for each other, will encounter obstacles from the outside world when they want to further their relationship, because the people around them do not approve of this situation at all. At first, Martin's mother is trying to prevent this relationship. The Canadian film Gabrielle, whose drama, music and romantic elements are witnessed, was directed by Miss Louise Archambault, who is famous for her successful films.
