A woman and a man lean on each other as they near death. When Henry Griffin, a cancer patient, learns that there is no cure and little time left, he decides to spend his last days enjoying life; He quits his job, starts writing an impressive novel, and starts studying psychology at university. Sarah Phoenix, whom she met in class, quickly turns into the person Phoenix needs with her positive energy and always smiling face. But it turns out that Phoenix also has a deadly secret. The girl admits that she does not have much to live. Since then, Griffin and Phoenix have grown even closer and have decided to spend their last days as they please.
