The only concern for 12-year-old Tinja's mother is to present the perfect family image around her, while poor Tinja does whatever it takes to please her. One night, Tinja finds a strange egg. She hides it, keeps it warm, says she will always take good care of it. But in the end, something unimaginable will emerge from the egg. Presenting an exceptionally creative example of body horror, Incubation, which made its debut at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival, draws attention with its use of animatronic technology instead of special effects.
