Il Mare

When Kim Eun-joo moves out of her seaside home, she writes a letter to her new landlord with the address and leaves the letter in the mailbox in front of the house. The new owner, Han Sung Hyun, names the house "Il Mare" and hangs a sign with the words "IL MARE" at the entrance of the house. He then finds a letter in the mailbox and starts reading it. In the letter, the former owner of the house left an address to which the incoming letters would be sent and stated that he could not clean the dog's paws on the floor of the house. However, Sung-hyun did not see any paw prints in the house and simply changed the name of the house to "Il Mare". With all these events, he learns that the former landlord is himself by asking the grocer. Sung Hyun returns home confused and finds a small dog waiting at the entrance of the house. Note: The movie is inspired by the movie "The Lake House" (2006).
