Four friends want to get away from it all for a birthday celebration in a remote country house, but they help when a mysterious injured man arrives at their doorstep to tell stories about a city devastated by a mysterious epidemic and the looters that follow it. As the night progresses, all is revealed not to be as it seems, throwing them into a battle for survival that defies their deepest fears.
