Howard Langston is a busy businessman. In fact, she's so caught up in her work that she misses her son Jamie's belt-attaching ceremony in karate class. He then promises Jamie a gift that can make up for it so he can make him forgive him. 'Turbo Man' is a superhero followed with interest by all children. And Jamie wants a toy of this hero. This may seem like an easy request for Howard, but not realizing how popular the 'Turbo Man' toy is, Howard eventually finds himself in a toy pursuit with another late father, Myron Larabee, who has the same goal.
