An unknown number of men, women and children have been killed in brutal attacks and assaults in the Chinese capital in the last 6 weeks as the Japanese captured the former capital city of Nanjing, the People's Republic of China. While the whole world is shocked by this event, this incessant violence soon covers all people. While many prefer to remain silent, others prefer to do something for the oppressed. One of them is a German engineer and member of the Nazi party "The Last Hero" John Rabe. Rabe, who won the title of "Chinese Schindler" for his heroism, created safe areas for these people and ensured their safe access. Between 1937 and 1938, during the cleanup, John Rabe saved the lives of 250,000 Chinese in Nanjing. He is remembered as a true hero recognized by others, witnesses and the Chinese government. While the numbers may seem exaggerated, "The Last Hero" John Rabe saved the lives and dignity of a quarter of a million people and saved many from starvation. After being recalled to Berlin by his superiors at Siemens in September 1937, instead of returning to Berlin, he said, "Everybody can do what I do," and finds it natural to help a quarter of a million people. It played an important role in helping poor people find shelter, shelter and food. On the other side of the story you will find the cruelty, cruelty, despair and loneliness that all these people have been subjected to.
