Shocked by her sister's rape, Shuangxi goes insane and seeks treatment at a temple. One of the monks in the temple tells him to start a new life by taking the name of the first person he meets when he goes out so that he can be healed. This person becomes an old man who is nicknamed Judge Archer because of his superior skills in the bow and arrow. Before the old man dies, he spends three years with Shuangxi and teaches him everything he knows. Shuangxi, or Judge Archer as he is now known, runs into a woman named Erdong on the way. Accepting the offer of Erdong, who asked for his help to avenge his father, Judge Archer begins to plan to kill General Yang Naixing. However, things are not as they seem from the outside.
