King is a drama, crime and romance film based on a true story and released on April 11, 2017. In the story we go back to 1992, a young African-American citizen named Rodney King. Adapted from a true event, “Kings” is about the Los Angeles events that started with the release of the police who beat the African-American citizen Rodney King in 1992. Millie (Halle Berry) is a hardworking single mom who has a soft spot for street children. Currently living with eight children, Millie brings another home. His neighbor, Obie (Daniel Craig), who can be described as a vagrant mine, is the only white in the mostly African American, Latino and Korean neighborhood. As racial tensions mount, Millie and Obie form an unlikely alliance. During the events that started with the release of the four cops who beat Rodney King, the duo try to bring Millie's children home safe and sound in the city dominated by chaos.
