Rondin and James are a couple throwing guns that enforce land law by taking out those who would harm the city. The sound of their name cools people's thorns and no one dares to challenge them or their underground activities. When their lifelong friends are murdered, their world is upside down. Rondin and James vow to find the murderers and have them pay, turning justice into revenge.
