We are in a very advanced future like 2072 and it is now possible to travel between times. However, this great invention has been illegally dominated by black marketers. If those who hold this technology want to get rid of whoever they are, they will do their job by sending a group of assassins they call Loopers to the past. One of the band members, Joe, is living well in wealth, but things get out of hand when he comes across old Joe from 2072 to kill him.
