Rob loves to drive and steal cars and lives at 100 mph in a cash-deficient port city he calls his hometown. He shares a house with his dying father, who thinks he is looking for a job. Rob can keep his two worlds completely separated until his best companion, Leo, gets him into a bigger, more dangerous job.
