Kat (Jennifer Lopez) and her beloved singer Bastian (Maluma) are getting married in front of their fans at a big concert. However, Kat, who learned that she was cheated on just before going on stage, decides to marry someone from the audience with a sudden decision. His chosen name is Charlie Gilbert, played by Owen Wilson, holding a banner that reads "Marry Me". Charlie, on the other hand, is a single father, a high school math teacher, who came to the concert completely because of his daughter. Unexpected romance develops between pop star Kat and math teacher Charlie, who got married without ever knowing each other. So, will these two, who are people from completely different worlds, be able to continue a common life?
