Los Angeles is a city of crime of all kinds. Our brave but somewhat clumsy heroes are sworn to rid this city of vagrants, while at the same time fighting to keep the name of their academies where they learned to be cops. Lassard thinks that it is necessary to train the people and make them a part of the police force, both to become a stronger union against crime and to prove the importance and necessity of the police academy for the city. For this, he calls former police graduates for help. Hippie, crazy, black, white and their job will not be easy to educate the people of the city of Los Angeles.
