On the streets of New Orleans, rumors begin to spread about a new mysterious pill that reveals different superpowers on everyone who uses it. The only problem is that you don't know what will happen until you take this pill. While some gain powers such as having bulletproof skin, invisibility, and extraordinary strength, others show a more fatal reaction to this pill. But when the pill raises the crime rate in the city to dangerous levels, a local cop (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) decides to fight force against power and teams up with a young salesman (Dominique Fishback) and a former soldier (Jamie Foxx) powered by a secret desire for revenge. To track down the people responsible for creating this pill and stop them, they will take the pill.
