Disturbed and lonely Tommy works as a ride-sharing driver, cruising the streets and picking up strangers in the city. Except that Tommy has a secret that he keeps from his passengers: he is a murderous psychopath. When Tommy meets the cute office worker Jolene, he becomes obsessed with the idea of making her the next victim. Trapped in a vacant tech building, Jolene has to run and fight to survive.
