Since joining the CIA, he has not gained any field experience and is stuck between four walls. The young man, who is eagerly waiting to be assigned to the outer field, suddenly finds CIA agent Tobin Frost, who has been on the run for ten years. Frost was one of the intelligence unit's top operational agents at the time, but suddenly turned his back on the CIA and began selling top secret military information to other countries in exchange for money.
