When Colt Lifestone, a senior high school licensed pilot, rescues a stray dog named Oreo, the two soon become best friends. His normal quiet life has been turned upside down, but it turns out that his mother is actually a masked investigator led by director Neil Grasswell. When she is captured and taken hostage, he needs to work with Oreo and his new friend Alice to find a mother, discover a double agent within the CIA, and save the day.
