The spacecraft, with a crew of 4, returns to Earth from Mars. Additional communication is made with the crew, initially thought lost in space, and the spacecraft lands on Earth, but they return with two losses; Iris Ryan (Naura Hayden) and Colonel Tom O'Bannion (Gerald More). Much of the movie takes place in flashbacks that show the crew living on Mars. In these flashbacks, we encounter the many creatures and the struggles between them while searching for traces of life on Mars. - Good bad movie
