Ivy and Echo are not your typical mother-daughter team. Formerly an intuitive psychic, Ivy can easily make money as a fake tarot card reader. 14-year-old Echo likes old-fashioned music, hunting, and black lipstick. As the secluded Kurt follows the path to repair an abandoned farmhouse, an accident leads to the killing of Echo, and suddenly the lives of three people clash in a mysterious and evil way. Kurt assumes he can hide his secret underground. But Echo sneaks into his head until he can feel her in the bones. As she haunts all his movements and tries to reach out to her mother from the other side, Ivy must see the signs and dig deeper to prove that love is not buried.
