Seth Brundle is a somewhat mad scientist with a charismatic personality. Journalist Veronica Quaif reported on this young genius working on the teleportation of matter, that is, teleportation. A young woman witnesses Brundle's triumphant moment when he manages to teleport a living thing for the first time. However, the tiny fly that entered the teleport module with Brundle escaped everyone's attention. The emotional intimacy that develops between the young scientist and the beautiful journalist will soon be overshadowed by the spiritual and physical differences Brundle develops. The painful transformation process before the eyes of the two lovers turns into a race against time when Brundle's molecular structure is discovered to be mixed with that of a fly.
