In the final episode of The Godfather Trilogy, aging Don Michael Corleone aims to justify the interests of his criminal family and withdraw from the violent underground world, but is hampered by the ambitions of young people. While he is trying to tie Corleone's finances to the Vatican, Michael has to deal with the hungry gangster's tactics trying to disrupt the existing mafia order and the young disciple's romance with his daughter.
