A young woman, Susana, learns that her grandmother Pilar, who raised her, has suffered a cerebral hemorrhage following the death of her parents. Upon this situation, Susana leaves her modeling career and leaves Paris to go to Madrid with her grandmother. Back home, Susana tries to find a long-term caregiver for Pilar. Noticing that Pilar has started behaving strangely in the process, Susana soon finds herself in a big nightmare.
