Adapted from the comic book, the movie deals with a rare type of heist plot. Aiming to eradicate the crime rate completely in the near future, the US government invents a signaling system that immediately detects people when they commit a crime in order to stay away from crime. One of the robbers living in the USA intends to make his last hit and step aside. For this, the government will have to act without activating the signal technology.
