Wallace Ritchie (Murray) travels to England with his brother James (Peter Gallagher) to celebrate his birthday. James and his prospective business guest must find something to keep their brothers occupied until dinner is over. Trouble begins when a real spy answers a phone call from Wallace and Hitman. He aims to kill Russian and British statesmen on the eve of the signing of a deal. It is an important peace treaty between countries. The script gets too complicated. But for him, Wallace is public enemy number one for those who fully want a second Cold War.
