Emma and her sister Stacey are normal teenagers living in a small town before a mysterious virus epidemic begins to spread. When the town is quarantined, barriers come between the girls and their families. Seeing that other people they know are also infected, they barricade themselves in their home, along with their neighbor Evan. But they may be too late to do so because the virus is already among them. Emma has to choose: protect her sister or get rid of the virus.
