Western 2017

A group of German construction workers take up a tough job at a remote construction site in the Bulgarian countryside. Foreign lands inspire men's sense of adventure but they also face their own prejudices and insecurities due to the language barrier and cultural differences. The scene suddenly turns into a show of strength, where the two men compete to be admired and admired by the villagers. The drama Western, a co-production of Germany, Bulgaria and Austria in 2017, has 15 awards in different categories.
