Nick Marshall is a single man and a successful advertiser. In a new assignment given to Marshall, it is said that his supervisor will be a lady, Darcy McGuire. In order to get along better with Darcy, Marshall is put to a test to understand what women think and what they like; But in the meantime, he suffers a small accident. When Nick wakes up the next morning, he realizes that he's heard voices around the women when he's around, but then realizes that he can tell what the women are thinking.
