Shane Mueller is a Homeland Security agent who runs the Wire Room, a high-tech command center that tracks down the most dangerous criminals. New member Justin Rosa is tasked with tracking down gun-smuggling cartel member Eddie Flynn and keeping him alive at all costs. When a SWAT team raids Flynn's home, Rosa breaks protocol and contacts the gangster directly to save her life. Soon after gunmen mobilize and chaos ensues, Mueller and Rosa make one last desperate battle against corrupt agents and officials who want to destroy the evidence and kill them both.
