You Won't Be Alone takes place in a mountain village in Macedonia in the 1800s. The film focuses on the life of a young girl who is kidnapped by an ancient spirit and then turned into a witch. Transformed into a witch but wishing to live as a human, the young woman accidentally kills a villager living in a nearby village and, to satisfy her curiosity, takes the form of her victim and begins to live in his body.
