Amateur 1994

Hal Hartley stars Martin Donovan and Isabelle Huppert. Thomas is an amnesiac pornographer. Isabelle is a former nun who considers herself a madman. When these two come together, of course, nothing can go wrong. Also, Mr. Hartley's term "amateur" refers to the initials of accounting, murder, amnesia, torture, ecstasy, understanding, and redemption.
