Teenagers Tilly, Monica, Peter, and Allison find themselves in a tragic car accident, resulting in Allison's untimely death. During Allison's memorial service, her grieving uncle directs his anger towards the group, blaming them for her demise. Seeking solace and a temporary escape from the accusations, Monica proposes the idea of retreating to her grandparents' serene countryside summerhouse. Hoping to heal their hearts and avoid further turmoil, the group agrees to the plan.
Upon arrival at the peaceful summerhouse, everything appears to be tranquil and ordinary. However, their tranquility is abruptly shattered when a masked assailant emerges, unleashing a wave of terror and subjecting them to unimaginable horrors. The group finds themselves tormented and punished in the most horrific ways, as the masked man reveals his sadistic intentions.
As the relentless torment continues, the teenagers are forced to confront their darkest fears and fight for their survival. Trapped in a nightmarish situation, they must band together and utilize their strength and resourcefulness to overcome the masked man's sadistic games. With each passing ordeal, their bond grows stronger, as they discover inner resilience they never knew they possessed.
