The Henderson family stumbles upon an animal while returning from hunting in the woods. At first they get scared and then after feeling their body they realize it's Bigfoot. They think he is dead and take him home to earn money from it, but the yeti is not dead. Bigfoot is a good family friend, not a wild beast. Now the family has a purpose. Hiding Bigfoot from government officials and a man whose sole purpose in life is to catch Bigfoot.
