Hiroshima mon amour 1959

Emmanuelle Riva, who starred in a movie about the world after the bombing of Hiroshima, spends her last two nights in Hiroshima with Eiji Okada. Although the two are happily married, they fall in love with each other. When Eiji learns that Emmanuelle will soon be returning to her hometown of France, she tries to persuade her to stay in Hiroshima. Meanwhile, Emanuel remembers his first love, a German soldier in WWII. The movie "Dear Hiroshima", which tells about the memories and the forgotten, is considered one of the masterpieces of French cinema.
