The Canterville Ghost

Deep within the confines of a renowned British tale, the spirit of Eleanor Canterville is doomed to forever haunt her ancestral castle, relentlessly terrifying anyone who dares to reside within its walls. With unwavering dedication, she carries out her spectral duties, aided by her loyal servant, Gwilherm. However, when the Otis family, weary of the fast-paced Parisian lifestyle, acquires the castle, Eleanor finds herself disheartened as her ghostly presence fails to evoke fear in this modern-day tribe. To make matters worse, the children mock her and their oblivious parents remain ignorant to her existence. Amidst this disheartening scenario, Virginia Otis, a fifteen-year-old girl, is deeply moved by the plight of the Canterville Ghost and embarks on a mission to release her from the clutches of the curse.
