In New York, several British agents investigating the international drug trade are mysteriously murdered. All the murders appear to be linked to Mr. Big, a crime boss from Harlem, and Katanga, a diplomat. James Bond is sent to New York to investigate the case. When he arrives in town, Bond, who is trying to be killed by G. Big's men, survives this attack and Mr. Black survives. While investigating Big's cases, he realizes that he is at the center of a massive multibillion-dollar drug operation.
